PT. Trikarsa Sempurna Sistemindo has several success stories too important to miss; hence, historical values. Winning the market share was our initial strategy to survive in the IT industry. In the beginning we set out in the IT business as box movers, that is, strategic partner as supplier of hardware and software. That means as a vendor, we only provide hardware and software products demanded by the customers.

Our Sales Department will delightfully serve you by giving price quotations for the best products in their respective classes as desired by the customers (customized based on request) as at present the IT business, particularly in this era of globalization, has changed and it is unstrategic for IT services companies to be dependent and loyal to certain brandnames. To date we still provide hardware and software products, of which growth of sales makes a significant contribution to our Company so that we include a number of marketing activities in our agenda to increase our market share.

The Sales Department, which serves demand for IT products, is more than ready to seize more market share. They consist of two teams of small and medium-sized businessess, each of which consists of a dedicated Business Manager and a maximum of four subordinates (account executives). We also have a team of inside sales (telemarketers) comprising also of a dedicated Business Manager and four inside salespeople. In addition, we have four other sales teams, that is, Enterprise Team, IT Security Team, Mid-Range Team, and IT Training Team.

All the sales teams in Trikarsa's Sales Department simultaneously carry out their respective functions and jobs according to the targets set by the Management. In the process of introducing our portfolio, our team normally present details on the Company's internal knowledge regarding our competence and services, which leads to a great variety of work and demand for other services on our offer (upselling).
